What we do
Overnight images provides overnight digital
retouching, Choose Images late afternoon, have them retouched and
ready for use the next morning. Our services are aimed at professional
image users from magazines, corporates and individual photographers.
Colour management
Our workflow is fully colour managed throughout to ensure consistency
in all areas of production. We work in the Adobe RGB 1998 colour
space. For screen calibration we use and recommend the Monaco
Colour Management System.
Our files are supplied, unless specifically requested,
as RGB files. We feel that most printing houses are more aware of
the conversion profile to CMYK required for their specific printing
press than any professional lab. The process of conversion abandons
much of the information from a file. So if a printer needs to make
further adjustments from a supplied cmyk file, the results will
be at best unpredictable. |
Who we are
Overnight Images has been set up by Martin George in London,a familiar
face to many having worked in the pro photographic industry here
for eighteen years. Established photographic, pre-press & digital
services companies in the UK and Abroad provide the backbone to
our operation.
Quality assurance
Our service is aimed purely at the professional
publishing market, photographers, designers, large retailers, advertising
agencies, etc. While researching your opinions the overall demand
was for quality, a quality we are able to provide at a reasonable
