Supplying your images
Supply us your images by uploading from your
computer to ours. You will need a broadband connection or similar.
Images may be supplied as Tiff's, Jpegs or in Raw format from cameras
compatible with Photoshop CS.
Retrieving your images
Simply log on with your username and password,
download the images immediately to your desktop, your client or
printers can also download them saving time and courier charges
Payment
Retouching is invoiced per job and will be billed
immediately to your credit card on completion of the work carried
out. We will only bill your card once the images have been completed
and made available for download from our servers. One of our operators
will call you on submission of an order for your credit card details. |
Briefing us on your requirements
Choose Retouch order form' from the menu above.
Include as much information as possible so that we can correctly
interpret your instructions. You may also optionally write or draw
instructions on a lo res file and email this to us.
As it can be hard, even were we face to face, to
accurately predict how long a particular image may take to retouch
we ask that you indicate the amount of time and the price that you
expect to pay, and additionally were we to overrun from this estimate,
what is the maximum amount of time you are willing to pay for to
carry out the work. Please be assured that our reputation within
the industry is very important and we will at all times work efficiently.
We endeavor to look at all images as soon as possible
and where possible and appropriate we will contact you to discuss
any major discrepancies between estimations of the time required.
As our relationship builds these occasions will become less and
less frequent. |
