Please read our terms and conditions before signing
up for, or using any service from Overnight Images. DO
NOT COMMISION OVERNIGHT IMAGES TO PROVIDE ANY SERVICE OR PROVIDE
YOU WITH ANY PRODUCT IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
You will be asked to confirm electronically upon submitting any
order whether you accept these terms. Please ensure you fully understand
these terms and contact us if any points need clarification before
placing any order.
Overnight Images is a Limited UK company. Orders
submitted through us or our site are placed directly with Overnight
Images and any redress must be sought with Overnight Images in the
United Kingdom.
Liability and Compensation
Regardless of fault, or where any fault or problem occurs, within
any product or service, offered or carried out by Overnight Images
or its agents or employees. We expressively limit our liability
to the monetary value of the work carried out by, and charged for
by Overnight Images. This limited liability is only with the person
directly commissioning Overnight Images to carry out a service or
provide a product. We accept no liability with any end users (clients
of our clients) whatsoever for any loss or damage to their business
or reputation regardless of our involvement in this.
Turnaround times
Turnaround times stated are the times that Overnight
Images aims to complete your work in and are intended as a guide
only. Due to circumstances beyond our control these turnaround times
may have to be extended without warning.
Credit accounts
Will only be offered by Overnight Images in
exceptional circumstances. These must be paid within 30 days of
the date of invoice. During this time the account may be settled
by Debit card, Cheque or Bank transfer. Failure to keep to these
terms will lead to the withdrawal of credit facilities. We reserve
the right to charge interest on any overdue accounts at the Bank
of England base rate plus 5%.
Security and Confidentiality
Overnight Images takes the security and confidentiality
of your images very seriously. However no networked computer can
ever be considered completely secure. With this in mind we offer
no guarantee of the the security or confidentiality of your images
while they are stored on our servers or in the possession of Overnight
Images or its agents. |
Quality of service
Overnight Images makes no guarantee that its
retouching, online presentation or image download and delivery service
is suitable or reliable enough for the purpose intended.
Retouching
Our retouching is carried out by highly trained
professionals. However with any artistic work there may be differences
of opinion between Overnight Images and the client commissioning
the retouching to be carried out. In the event of a dispute Overnight
Images will review the work carried out, and if in keeping with
the clients original brief, there is found to be a problem with
the quality of the work carried out by Overnight Images, we will
endeavor to work again on the image, up to the value of the original
order. Work carried out beyond this will be chargeable at our usual
rates. Please be aware that as an overnight service problems may
not be resolved until the following working evening. Overnight Images
retouching service runs overnight Sunday to Thursday.
Domain names
Domain name registrations are non-refundable
so please check your spelling before submitting your order. In the
event that a domain name request is unsuccessful you will be credited
within 24 hours of OI being notified by the relevant authority that
the request has been rejected.
In the event that a name is not registered by Overnight
Images, we will contact you as soon as possible to advise you of
this. Overnight Images accepts no responsibility or liability if
the failure of Overnight Images causes you to lose the chance of
registering a Domain name(s)
Copyright
We retain the copyright on our retouching until, and only until,
paid in full. After your payment is recieved we make no further
claim on copyright. |
